With this package, you will normally get around 12 JPG picture (12 web file sizes). * Large package from $250.- This package is suitable for larger houses containing five or more bedrooms, a swimming pool, landscape gardens, acre block, farm land, or houses with special features. With this package, you will normally receive around 25 to 30 JPG pictures. * Virtual Tour package from $550.- This package is suitable for larger houses & properties containing a large number of bedrooms, a swimming pool, landscape gardens, acre block, farm land, Hotels or houses with special features. With this package, you will receive an interactive walk around the estate. Showing a location map and a virtual tour of the house, rooms, gardens, can also include small video clips, sound & text. ( Terms & conditions apply ) HighRise Singapore © msp_2006 * Appointment must be made no less than 48 hours from the photo session time. * All appointment must be accompanied with the property details as specified in the appointment form. * We will confirm all appointment details with you prior to the shooting session. * For each session allow 1 to 2 hours to shoot. Large houses may take longer depending on the number of rooms and other features. * Any cancellation of appointments, must be done before the end of business day (5 pm) of the appointment, or late cancellation fee will be charged. * Where properties are located outside the 40km radius from our office, additional travel will be charged at $0.80 per kilometre. * All payment must be made up front, at the time of booking, via cash or bank transfer. * Receipt of the payment will be sent to you after the photo shoot session. * We will endeavour to deliver the web size photo result within 24 hr from the shooting session. The (800 x 600) photos files will be sent via email to you. * The large size photo result will be delivered in a CD. * While highest quality products has been taken care of, if there are any defects, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the results. * You must allow us approximately 2 days to repair the defects. * We retain the ownership of all intellectual properties and all copyrights of the photographs created during the provision of the service.
